Q. How much do you charge?
A. We are happy to help you find your perfect vacation, but please realise it does take some work. You will get up to 3 quotes/itineraries for free. Additional quotes/itineraries will be charged a planning fee of $50 per quote/itinerary.
Q. Is it always cheapest to use a travel agent?
A. We understand that you work hard for your money; but sometimes "cheapest" isn't always the best and the price saved is truly not worth it. However, we will search our vast list of suppliers to best match your expectations and work within your budget because our goal is to get you the best vacation for your money. It might not be the cheapest, but it will be booked with reputable suppliers so you can vacation knowing you got the best for your money.
Q. Why should I use a Travel Agent instead of just booking it myself?
A. You can't hit re-do on a vacation, and your time is your most precious asset. Let us take the stress out of planning, or at least help you plan your vacation. Also, our expert knowledge of destinations, experiences, and regulations are at your disposal before, during, and after your travel. We're here for you should you need assistance. We go through extensive training and have most likely been to the destination ourselves. The knowledge alone is worth booking with a travel agent.
Q. How do you get paid?
A. Travel Agents are paid commission through suppliers (cruise lines, hotels, resorts, etc...), but only if you booked through us and then we are paid only after you travel.
